It’s a time in our lives when we should feel at our peak in terms of life-skills and confidence – and yet as our hormones begin to fluctuate and/or decline they seem to rob us of our resilience, just at the wrong moment!

Many women find hrt to be incredibly beneficial in terms of helping to restore the physical and mental health aspects that are affected by their changing hormones. However, hrt is not for everyone, and even if it is, many women appreciate having a bit more time to talk through the wider effects of their hormone health issues.

Tina Halperin (Founder of H2 Training) teamed up with Minter Hormone Health in 2024, to offer virtual hormone health coaching for women experiencing the more far-reaching effects of declining/changing hormones - recognising that hormone health support often needs to come in different forms. Through her workplace training and coaching, Tina observed the need for more specific support for women who at certain stages in their careers may begin to see a decline in confidence and/or begin to experience a lack of resilience and tolerance in difficult situations.

The essence of Tina's hormone health coaching therefore lies in empowering women through personalised strategies, fostering resilience against stress, and enhancing personal well-being. Her remote coaching sessions offer a balance of empathetic support and practical solutions to the nuanced challenges that women face. Tina works with her clients to create customised strategies that identify their priorities and opportunities; that counter their biggest obstacles and stressors; that help to heal difficult relationships; and that identify concrete steps towards achieving their life/work goals.

Pricing

Single Coaching Session: £95
Six Coaching Sessions: £498 (£83 per session)

The advantage of booking a series of six sessions (apart from the discounted cost per session), is that Tina will devise the contents of a bespoke coaching programme to suit your specific requirements/circumstances. You'll also receive a tailored Coaching Journal including some relevant reading material and written exercises/reflections to complete between sessions.

During the call, Tina will chat to you about her approach to coaching, and she will ask you some brief questions about your current situation and how the coaching sessions might help.

If you decide to go ahead with the coaching, each session will last 45 minutes, during which time, Tina will guide you through a structured conversation and introduce you to some practical strategies to help you to reach your personal goals.
