Our Core values

H2: Making Training Stick

H2 was founded by Tina Halperin in 2000. With her background in Psychology, plus over 35 years practical experience in Training and Development, and a personal commitment to the practical application of ethical business practices, Tina has continued to run H2 using the following core values:

1. Providing training and development that really sticks

Our training expertise, together with our understanding of the key principles for making learning stick, means we are able to provide our participants with all the essential elements to enable them to put their learning into practice well after the training or coaching has ended.

Our range of innovative assessments, inspirational courses, coaching and master classes don’t stop at simply explaining tools and techniques. They are also carefully designed to increase self-awareness and improve understanding of others, thereby enabling the valuable lasting benefits of self-motivation, personal accountability and ongoing self-improvement.

"We are decidedly not in the temporary ‘sticking plaster’ business - our expertise is in delivering ‘how to’ people skills development that really sticks!" Tina Halperin, Founder H2
