* Method Learning
At H2, we coined the term "Method Learning" to describe the particular type of training and coaching methodology that we have developed and perfected over the years - combining key Emotional Intelligence competencies with the four stages of Kolb's Learning Cycle. The main elements of our training and coaching combine a blend of underpinning knowledge with experiential learning and carefully guided reflection, in order to give our learners all they need to achieve their goals and make valuable lasting changes.
